1. General

Welcome to AllHeets Dubai. These terms apply to the purchase of IQOS, TEREA, HEETS, ILUMA and related products through our website, by phone or via WhatsApp. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Age restriction (18+)

Our products are heated-tobacco products for adults aged 18 and over. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask for valid ID on delivery and can refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.

3. Products, availability & pricing

• Availability: all products are subject to availability and we may limit order quantities.
• Pricing: prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes. We try to keep all prices accurate, but if a genuine pricing error occurs we will contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

4. Orders & payment

• Order acceptance: all orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or fraud is suspected.
• Payment methods: cash on delivery, card (Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and bank transfer to a UAE local bank.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time stated for your chosen method.

5. Delivery

• 1 to 2 hour delivery within Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah.
• 12 hour courier delivery to all other cities across the UAE.
• Free delivery on orders over AED 400.
• Delivery times are targets and may vary due to traffic, weather or other factors beyond our control. Someone aged 18+ must be available to receive the order.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Please read it before placing an order.

7. Intellectual property

AllHeets Dubai is an independent reseller. All brand names, trademarks and logos (including IQOS, TEREA, HEETS and ILUMA) belong to their respective owners. Please see our Intellectual Property Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of liability

• The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Use products in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and your continued use of the site means you accept the latest terms.
